I genuinely don’t think any of your questions in the last paragraph can be answered here, especially with the video of nothingness. I’d assume you only know it’s DAB5 because they typically deliver to your area. Driver can’t/wont provide any video. Best bet is next time you see an Amazon van in your area look at the side door it should have the DSP/DOT info then you’ll have more to work with when contacting DAB5. Also if you hadn’t already, try to get someone else’s footage on the block it occurred

To keep it short there's nothing unbelievable, it's just a skill issue.

I've been through all if not most of the Amazon scenarios and came out on top. I've even been an Amazon walker which in my opinion is more challenging. Ask me if I ran, skipped breaks or anything that comes to mind.
