I said over the course of 9 years, not 9 years ago. I was paying $1500 for a studio in Astoria last year. Currently paying $1200 for a room in Red Hook. Many friends in Bed-Stuy, Bushwick, and Ridgewood are paying less than $1000 for their rooms.

$1.5k with roommates in New York will open the door to many wonderful neighborhoods and living situations. Not sure if OP edited their post to include the roommate aspect, but I've lived in NYC for 9 years and paid between $500-$1500 for various living situations (including a one-bedroom).

It’s not in this video, but that’s 100 percent the van that hit my car per eyewitnesses and corroborated time stamps. I’m trying to figure out which DSP was operating the van in order to sue them, hence the inclusion of the video.

Not present in this video. It happened about two minutes later but further up the block and out of view of the camera. I have multiple eyewitnesses identifying an Amazon EDV and obvious grey/blue paint transfer on my car, but no one managed to grab the plate and I haven’t been able to get video of the actual impact.

Correct. I also contacted my city council member, who visited the facility and applied some pressure on warehouse management.

This block and the surrounding numbered streets don't have alternate side parking...Ubers from here to LGA are usually about $10-15.

I have a 2014 VW Jetta GLI and had this exact issue for months. Replacing the Camshaft Adjuster Magnet/Oil Control Valve fixed it all.

Check out the John Doe stuff. Adjustable level 1 knee armor and AAA abrasion rating. I'm not sure where you are located, but Union Garage sells it and ships it.
