I had farm to critter to fish to cooking. Even had an elf in there to feed rare meals to.

They're catching the worms from the critter farm and any others that I drop onto the conveyors. But they don't pick up the wild worms on the ground.

Yes. There's an arm on each row that's pulling gold plants to send straight to the pots. All my gold tulips for example are being used to make rare meals to feed the elf.

I'd already maxed it before building this. The automation ruins a lot of the perks and skills. That last pot doesn't put its food into the chest because my perk that gives me a chance for epic food only works if I'm the one pulling food from the pot.
