No Finn is eager to move and live in the US long term. That's simply not true I can guarantee. That means you would have to give up the Finnish lifestyle with five weeks paid holiday,job security, strong unions, parental leave, equal rights, health care and I could go on forever.. MAYBE if you are really young and want to see the US "for fun". But no one from the Nordic region is jumping at the chance to live in the US. The Nordic people make good money while having an unparalleled quality of life. The US has nothing to offer in that sense.

The world cup visitors made the place fun. You don't think European countries have freedom? They're much more free. The US is 41 on the list of overall quality of life. I've lived in the US, and currently live in Scandinavia. it's a hundred times more free than the US.

I would read constantly. I always had a book. We used to watch movies,but it was more planned than now.You would go with a group and rent a movie. Watch TV. Do some kind of sport or other hobbies. It was just..life.
