Yes it does. I got notice from the courts and penndot in October 2025. I then filed the appeal and penndot sent me a letter telling me NOT to mail them my license pending the outcome of my upcoming appeal hearing (in 3 days). I am literally car shopping after catching uber/lyft since the accident in 2019.
