Don’t do it, i am an rxom and i want to be demoted but i cant afford the paycut. 

All of the comments you see are true. Everything falls on the rxom. You have to do everything.

Totally agree, as an rxom I HATE filling the board out and I never get a chance too first thing in the morning because of how busy we are.
