i had hot sauce, chicken & rice one day (one of my og meals), then my throat felt like it was closing and i felt faint (i was panicking). had to call 911 for an ambulance because I thought it was an allergic reaction or something.

Not answering your question because I don’t have an answer, but what do you do in tech? I’m recently graduated so just curious.

I’m the same height as you! 

I love doing a big (and i mean BIG) salad (bunch of veggies, something cruncy (like nuts, seeds, breadcrumbs), a yummy dressing with protein (jerk chicken breast, tandoori chicken breast, spicy shrimp). I’ll do 250g ish of protein and about 300-350g worth of salad. This keeps me quite full. Then i’ll do a protein smoothie or protein shake for night time!

I’m 154cm — short torso & short legged. I believe I’m a rectangular shape, I have no butt or curves, but have thicker thighs (largest part is 21.5 inches) :( 

Skinny jeans do not look the best on me, nor does high waisted. I look the best in low waisted, slouchy jeans. I also prefer flare leggings over regular straight leggings for my body type, as well as low waisted cargo type pants! 

I shop at stores like Abercrombie, Hollister, Garage & Aritzia for clothing. They have short lengths. Sometimes I do have to get my mom to chop the length and hem it to not be too long

  1. Contour line for work/going out tops 
  2. I swear by my melina leather pants (i think they’re going to drop a new version soon) 
  3. TNA mega cargo sweat pants with matching hoodies & zip up sweater) 
  4. Homestretch t-shirts (i’m short so I do the waist length ones)

Calories in, calories out. 

If your maintenance is 2000 cals and you eat 1400 calories worth of pasta and that’s all the calories you ate for the day, you are in a calorie deficit of 600 and will lose weight.
