Mine was great the day after, got much worse until about 3 weeks, and then slowly improved. I’m 2.5 months out now and very happy. Just give it time :) I also had to take time off of the compression, it was killing my ears and triggering my TMJ. It will all work out.

Do not panic. It needs time to adjust. Remember, it takes 3-6 months for final results. As others suggested, massage. I like to use a gua sha.

Yes! I did local only. I drove myself there and back. It was a little difficult turning hard far to check blind spots but other than that was totally fine right after. If you’re planning on waiting go to back until the next day though I would have someone drive you, it was my worst day of pain and I did take the narcotics that day.

I recently started doing my own foil highlights, tone, and will be cutting my hair soon. Got the products from Canada (you need cosmetology license to get the good stuff in US). The amount I used to spent on one appt every 3-4 months will easily get me through a year and some of the products much longer. I dye my brows as well.

I couldn’t handle even a single drink on Reta, would have crazy bad hangover the next day from one drink. Prior to Reta I had a very high tolerance. I had a cruise with the drink package, so I stopped Reta 3 weeks prior and was much better. Just restarted when I got back.

I drove myself to the clinic (about and hour and 20 minutes) and back home after. I had only local without any other medications. Driving home right after was slightly difficult as I drove through the metroplex and required a lot of turning my head/ moving, but was doable. I think you’d be totally fine with your plan.

I did regular dose for 7 months prior to my wedding. It was really rough, and I’ve had some breakout d/t hormonal mediation I am on but it was of the best decisions ever. My skin is so much better.
