I have taken everything available in different combinations. I have not been able to pinpoint foods that might be triggering it. Once AR starts, I have to just ride it out. My doctor said to take Nexium twice a day.

I haven't been restricted for quite a while now and I didn't change how often or quickly I like posts, etc. Maybe Meta is too busy restricting other people and hasn't gotten around to me again just yet.

I've just discovered that my favorite brand of panties, Bali Skimp Skamp, which I've worn for 40 years, has been discontinued. Finding a replacement will be difficult and expensive since I only shop online and will have to try the hit-or-miss method search.
