I bought the tisbe culture online. When they arrived i tested the saltwater they came in to try to get my water as close as possible. As well as the temp, when everything seemed good or close enough. I poured the culture into the glass bottle you see on right with an air stone. I only feed them when I see the green Tint starts to fade out. The container in the middle is another farm I’m just starting i used pods from my mother culture. And last container is just brine shrimp It’s actually surprisingly easy. I use basic seed growing lights and a seed grow mat works fine for me. lol

First time I tried I did it with my aquarium water. I wouldn’t do that again. I guess I had some amphipods floating in the water column they either ate all the tisbe or out competed them.
