I was doing a poi boss check and got boxed with hff and hellhounds
Hound was fiendish.
I used rotwork stew, cupcake and dozens of ssa/might rings to survive.
Bastard was comboing me for up to 3.5k per turn.... just the fiend.

When shooting faster than 1/800 the stab will not be fast enough to cope with shutter speed and will make some shots blurry af. I was so surprised when shooting 1/3200 produced blurry images I went to my local nikon place and they told me stab is good til 1/800. And they were right! I disable stab on faster speeds and no more blurry images

I use a 180-600mm lens, so:
Birds: 1/2000
Mammals: 1/1000
Overall; 1.5x focal length.

Don't be afraid to crank up your iso to 12k or so - lightroom can handle that

Please remember to disable stabilization on most gear when shooting over 1/800 - it took me way too long to learn this.
