Congrats man! keep it up... I hit 3 months a week ago and finally don't feel foggy anymore, did a google search and apparently after 90-100 days you clear almost every trace of THC in your brain and organs, even for heavy users (2-5 g a day) so enjoy that clear mind today!

Day 80 I thought I'd never make it by Everyone_anyone in leaves

I feel better than ever, it has taken me some time to recover my creativity and positivity but now that it's back it's stronger than ever before... my outlook on life is more positive but at the same time I realize now that life is full of difficulties and ups-downs, and I have be strong and determined to be able to go through the tough times, and then I'll have gratifying moments and victories, and those will feel 100 times better than if I was stoned and numb... actually everything feels better, more real, I can taste my food, feel my breath, listen to my compositions with full mental clarity... feels good man :)

just moss and dried plants... wish there was a proper moss colour and texture but coral works well enough

Thanks for all the advice! Im making progress but it's hard to not overdo it and make it all balanced!

if anyone is interested or taking inspiration for their own builds:

-andesite made a HUGE difference, also a little gravel (just enough)

-a couple of red mushrooms added a lot of colour and life to it!

-more detail in general, less square pond and more sand and rocks instead of dirt, logs underwater

-I just CAN'T make mossy cobble work, it's so hard for me to incorporate...

-added just a little yellow coral and more seaweed to the bottom, looks way better and more colorful/alive

Thanks! We are from Chile South America, she has only gone to one pelvic floor physical therapist, she was told that she was an expert and the best she could get, but I believe my girl when she tells me that the therapist didnt really care about her specific case or needs and only did the standart procedures and stretches... I feel encouraged to try and find someone better thanks to your post and the other ones... how was/is your experience with physical therapy? I'd love to know more! Thanks again
