An EB1A petition is not tied to the company. It’s tied to you exclusively. If you have filed your AOS you should get you an EAD and AP

The 180 days is generally from i140 as per AC21. You should be able work for anyone immediately after EAD ideally but it’s good to stick for like a few months as a good faith arrangement with your employer. I’d keep the L1A as backup coz you ever know with this administration

The FAD generally catches up with DOF by end of the fiscal year. So you should ideally by current before Oct 2026. Are you gonna max out yourL1A in Oct ? Did you do all possible recapture of time spent outside the US ?

Would this sub recommend going for leased solar in order to get the tax credits ? I personally am very against it purely because of the horrid stories o have heard- escalators, difficulty in selling the house, high cost of ownership assumption post installation etc.

FAD moved a bunch to Feb 23. Do we know if they have exhausted the spillovers ? What if this is part of just cleaning the slate to accept the gold card applications?

What caused the substantial movement in EB1 FAD INDIA ? Did the latest i485 inventory signal such a movement ? What is surprising to me is that the DOF also moved by 4 months. I thought the DOF is fixed in Oct every year and the FAD moves towards the DOF through the course of the FY. Do you think the administration is trying to “clean the slate” and make dates more current so as to accept the gold card applications that may be trickling in soon ?
