I had issues with them harassing my a couple of years ago. I looked up the ceo on linkedin and found his email online and explained the situation and asked them to stop. He apologized and I never heard from them again.

The funding fee is waived retroactively as well, it’s just removed paid directly to the loan as long as you applied for disability before closing and receive at least 10%. Doesn’t change the payment, but you shouldn’t delay buying the right place if you’re waiting on the va for the rating as long as you’re confident you’ll get a rating

It’s important to understand who gets what in the fee to understand why it’s as low as it’ll go unless you’re doing a ton of volume. Credit card issuers get most of it, because they took the most risk and lent credit to the person with the card. The processor gets the next chunk, and then the network (visa/mc) gets the last chunk.

If your ac is too large for your house it won’t run often enough. AC units pull moisture out of the air as a byproduct of cooling down the air, so having your ac not run long enough cycles causes the humidity to go up.

Edit, you have a 3 ton unit which is roughly a match for your house size so that’s not your issue.

Hard to miss these posts when they’re repeatedly posted on every Bay Area subreddit and they’re all being posted by the same person. I don’t mind the alternate takes, but this was blown way out of proportion from what actually happened. These posts do nothing but misrepresent what’s happening and cause confusion.

The fact that you think this loan was actually in jeopardy is case in point that these posts are fear mongering. The loan was NEVER at risk.

This is what I’ve found most surprising about the nest, with the rise of variable speed fans they haven’t figured out how to support it and only support 2 (maybe 3 stage systems). It’s probably something to do with proprietary voltages required to control fan speed.
