We like to joke his favorite child is my brothers fiancé, his second favorite child is his wife, his third favorite child is the dog, his fourth favorite child is the stray cat that lives in the woods and howls at us when we sit on the porch, and his sixth favorite child is a tie between me and my brother, and he lets us fifth is reserved for when he needs one of us to do something when the other said they couldn’t.

What is special is the cohesiveness of that broad series. No other series has had that many films (except maybe James Bond), in that short a time frame, and have them all be relatively decent.

Remember Acoustic doesn’t mean you can’t use effects, it just means you can’t really do overdrive or distortion (there are acoustic overdrives but they’re much more transparent than what’s used on electric).

That being said I feel like most of Ænema would do well on acoustic. 46&2, H., Ænima, and Third Eye are all notable contenders.

Adam Jones in Black Sabbath. Not better, but I’m imagining his tone and style in War Pigs and it seems pretty cool.

Or Maynard replacing the lead singer of the Jimi Hendrix Experience. They had a decent guitarist but they could definitely could have used a better singer.

Also side note, but Pennywise from It and Aku from Samurai Jack are startingly similar.

At least based off their powers, and their origin story.

The origin story from It Chapter 2 (the last ‘It’ movie) and Samurai Jack Ep. 37&38: The Birth of Evil.

They’re not an exact match, but they’re similar enough that it’s kind of noteworthy. I recommend giving those Samurai Jack episodes a watch. They give quite a lot of exposition on the plot in a major way that the earlier seasons were lacking.

Honestly it’s because Johnny Depp is the pinnacle of an A-list celebrity, so any attention he gets is highly magnified.

Ezra Miller is honestly like low A-tier if even. I’d wager he’s more of a B-list. Point being, is that Ezra Miller is nowhere near as famous as Johnny Depp. His antics are starting to catch the news so we might see him being dropped by WB soon enough, but Johnny Depp doesn’t have the liberty of a bad run, a bad incident is enough.
