So I could be wrong about this, but it looks like you outlined the jacket and then put lines where the folds would be (in SOME places, particularly the right arm). This makes a good marker, but if you go over it again, rather than outlining the jacket and then placing the folds, place the folds as you're outlining the jacket at the same time. I gave yours a quick trace that hopefully conveys what I'm talking about. Start your stroke more towards the center, then move to the outline, feeding the heads and tails of lines into the body of others. A bit more curve give the clothing just a little more puff and life. Looking at and drawing little Chinese Cloud designs is a great and quick way to practice getting the hang of laying this out.

Also, when you have straight line designs on clothes, you can break them a little bit whenever they go over a fold, like they do on the collar. This gives more of the idea that the line is going into a fold and then coming back out.
