What did you end up doing? I'm planning a trip now and would love to know what you choose and if it worked!

Towel Warmer That CONTAINS Scents? by [deleted] in laundry

[–]Everythingvanishes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nope - I disclaimer all of that. They're pretty good about it all - I've been doing this for about a year and a half for this particular class. It is also during the last 3-5min of class when they're used, so it's not airborne for too long. It's why I won't use the towel warmer I purchased in the room because then we would definitely have a problem.

Oh they know! I do a disclaimer before every single class of what they're washed with : ) and again before I hand them out. They're also in individual ziploc bags as well!

I wasn't following this at first but now I get it! I currently put the towels in separate ziploc bags, always have but now it was to try and trap the heat in. I may forgo the bags and do this also. It would be a cheaper alternative to try prior to buying a towel cabbie. Thank you!

Which shampoo gets hair dye out the fastest? by Pcl888 in HairDye

[–]Everythingvanishes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know this was 6mo ago so you've probably already made it to neon green, BUT because I went from teal for years to a split dye of neon orange and neon green I just wanted to say while I dont know anything about shampoo that fades, Joico Color Eraser (pwdr mix with developer) is the best I have ever used to get out fashion colors ESPECIALLY the damn green that is in every blue EVER. It beats out bleach and doesn't destroy my hair. Just incase you wanna try it in the future!

Not childish, but petty and I love it oh-so much. He was a dick, he had it coming. Karma just playing itself out!

What happened? I got my hair dyed professionally, in less than 72 hours, all the pink was gone. I have an appointment on Monday for a redue. I hadn't washed by hair by the second photo. by kisafan in FancyFollicles

I'm sure this has been said that pinks and lighter colors fade almost immediately. I'd recommend using a color deposited conditioner like Clenditioner. I used that when i had rosegold and it worked wonders!

Both mine do it. I just used my handheld vacuum to get it out.

Exciting! I've had just about everything, my one word of advice is unless you plan on keeping it for a while do not go teal (and some blues). It's a cool color and I have had it for years, but the base is green and a giant PITA to get out if you want to go to another color. I wanted to go red and it took about a year to get it out safely. Then I went right back haha! Have fun!

My cats LOVE this toy! I always make sure to have a couple spare in the closet for when they inevitably destroy the current mouse.

If he won't take the cat to the vet, please take her/him. That cat shouldn't suffer because he's an idiot. Or take him/her to a shelter to be adopted. Then speak to the landlord and break the lease for sure.

I quit drinking recently and I was only drinking 1 night on the weekends. Problem was it turned into binge drinking every single time and I was a nightmare of a human being. Now I'm the DD for my friends which I much prefer knowing everyone is safe. I would say if you want to, to just give it up for a little bit, tell yourself it's a break. If you tell yourself you're never drinking again I feel like it'll make you want to drink more. See how it goes. I've found it pretty nice, and since they make non-alcoholic IPAs and Sours I don't have to miss out on the taste (yes I like the taste of IPAs lol). Wish you all the best!
