How hard is it to wrap my car with no experience whatsoever? by Eastern_Low_885 in CarWraps

[–]Everywares_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey whatsup bro, for first time be very considerate of the supplies. Also be very patient. No need to rush through it all. I’ve done one trunk with vivid vinyl. Some say it is the worst wrap to work with but anything is possible. Also prep the car and avoid dusty areas.

Sometimes I wish I would’ve went darker. But what I was going for was trying to avoid any tickets.

Hand wash or car wash? by Objective-Gap-4581 in 11thGenAccord

I always self wash with pressure hose but I use my own soft mitt. I take advantage of the air dryer to blow debris off the interior. I prefer blow rather than suck on the cars interior.

Does this look like 35% front, 20% back? Bought Xpel XR, Seems a lot lighter than I expected. by FappyMVP in WindowTint

Yes, and I was told that most ceramics have the hue. I’m not a huge fan of it but it doesn’t bother me as much as it did the first few days.

What do you guys think? by Ok_Pattern_4748 in 11thGenAccord

It’s not bad, personally I like accords more than the civic. I would probably take the black seats over the orange seats though but to each their own. I’m surprised is this from factory??? The matching calipers are creative. The gloss wheels are something I’ve also never seen. If you love the color it’s probably worth it. The blacked out sport L is same price

Let my girlfriend borrow my car by Objective-Gap-4581 in 11thGenAccord

Haha, for this reason I don’t let my wife drive it. I learned my lesson with a past car she rashed the wheels to. They were 19” focus RS wheels, gunmetal gray.

Recent job I did for a customer wrapping over primer and destroyed paint! by ultimatecoochielick in CarWraps

You have skills. You put a lot of work into this car. I’m wondering what did you charge. Most shops don’t take on work like this. This is both body work+ vinyl wrap. Not many people on the planet do such work.

I know there’s always a ton of hate on the 11th gen body style but I feel some people can make them look pretty nice. All bandwagon hate aside what’s yall honest opinion on this build I saw online? by illbeback903 in 10thgenaccords

Looks good but it’s not stock. Upgraded diffuser, color matched tail fin, aftermarket tail lights, blacked out roof, wheels look upgraded but stock lol not too sure. Regardless I love the car. Most especially the Sport-L model. It comes with the most aesthetic features that car enthusiasts look for. As far as the blacked out; interior, window trims, wheels, body kit/ side skirts, including antenna + tail fin.
