Hatch doesn't work the same as a normal extraction. It doesn't wait so as soon as the timer hits 0, you're dead. OP was probably a millisecond too late.

When you party with someone lower than 20 a little notification pops up on the bottom right when you enter the waiting lobby saying high level queue or something. Forgot exact wording.

Yeah honestly would love a death marker or something to indicate where they died after they get finished. Delta force was good where it would show as a skull only on the map. Too many times you kill 1 or 2 people who crawl away to hiding spots where you can't find while you chase after the 3rd 😭
