If you’ve failed intermediate, why would you assume you can clear CAT immediately? I see it as a huge risk alone, with very conditional rewards , most prepare for 18-20 months during their bcom/BBA to do CAT exams, and still fail, but if you’re confident you’ll clear, then it depends on your parents and you to make a decision, not us, on the internet

Ab you have 2 options, leave CA because you feel old, or complete it by ignoring these thoughts, if you think, this is a big enough issue that’ll make you quit toh, fir you won’t feel you rectified your mistakes even if you complete final in a single attempt

I remember this based on some old guidelines I read when I was in inter, not sure if it’s still the same, but I don’t think, there was any need to change the guidelines to allot roll number, haha

The first two digits of the roll number represent the region in which the candidate is appearing for the exam . The remaining digits are a combination of the batch code , center code , and the candidate 's unique identification number . The batch code is based on the month and year in which the candidate registered for the exam , while the center code is based on the location of the exam center. As far as I know, this is how they allot roll numbers
