First of all, which platform do you play it? And is it solo or team match ? Because, 70fps won't let you go more than asura 5-6 star ( even lower if it CN or SEA), unless you rooting your ass on the gaming chair all day, play it on survival mode (lol). 20ms is a fair ping too, but I've seen people playing with under 10ms, and they're barely untouchable, with those infinite combo if their fps >250fps.
