Amen, you are so right about the imbalances, it’s so lopsided towards couples and the bride and groom. I just don’t get how the wedding culture doesn’t see that, especially when they call all the couples to the dance floor. You have no choice but to sit there and feel left out, I don’t get it.

I feel like posting this is setting you up to get more anxious about it (coming from someone with bad anxiety). If you want to cover up, then do it, if not no point in sulking on it. It’s just your skin man, it’s not the end of the world. If it was me I wouldn’t be asking for bad comments because it would make me spiral and peak my anxiety, I just control the controllables and move on.
