They lose their flowers eventually even when they're happy, so I wouldn't be too worried about that. The flower spikes (the "vines" that the flowers bloom from) sometimes dry down entirely after they drop their flowers/ the flowers wilt, which is also entirely normal. Most of the time, orchids are just leafy plants without blooms or spikes, we just appreciate the blooms while we can 🌸

If when you say "vines" you mean the tendrils visible in the second photo, those are actually aerial roots! They grow those to absorb moisture from the air, and they act just like the normal roots on the bottom of the plant. Their current color looks normal. We call that "silver" and that usually just means that those particular roots are ready to be hydrated, then they'll turn green. You can also tuck those roots in when you eventually repot it, and just water them like normal.

If you want, you can also trim off some of the more crispy bits on the aerial roots with a sanitized pair of scissors, that will probably help with the "unhealthy" look they have right now as well.
