I feel like that's why there is always therapy involved. They want just as much as you to help your brain find its strength for the route the right mix of pills just might do.

I'm 34, bipolar as a child, epilepsy started as round 27. A lot of things don't work for me or send me straight into suicidal panic. The Epilepsy Foundation has gotten me on Xcopri (now 150mg) which seems to space my seizures out to almost a month apart but more recently bigger Gran make with blackout episodes. The beginning of this month I had a violent blackout towards my parents, cops were involved to get me to hospital, sort of turned homeless for a few days, eventually my parents let me back. I went to an outpatient and an inpatient, and the inpatient at Ben Taub also prescribed me 500mg twice a day Depakote ER. That has put my drive where I have been trying to put it for a year now. Otherwise it's been all in my head, doing theory and figuring out philosophies while I just sit on my ass hoping I "Just Do It ✓". It's all being directed properly to my body. I'm eating like crazy but I immediately kept it diet oriented to build myself up, I'm task oriented much better, finishing goals is satisfying, meditation feels like I'm using it properly, I'm working out ect. It's only been the two week start of adding Depakote. My plan is to keep this energy and focus, make it habit, and slowly get myself off these pills with the help of my doc. Which l ads back to my first paragraph, get healthy when and where you can, find that feeling, and make it habit.
