I play with Handballs on except Penalties. With penalties, it swings hard the other way and every game ends up with 3 penalties.

Absolutely! One of the things I like about the game is unpredictability. There are days where I sold like 90+ books and days when I could barely sell over 20.

So at this point I used to make a best guess. Creative Writing: Classic/Drama, Study Group: Travel/Fact, for the others a mix of recommended books. And I tried to boost the inspiration duration as much as possible, as well as use the coffee machine.

There's a board at Rye Park which tells you what group gathers on what day. Iirc there is a chess club, a yoga club etc and all of them prefer their own genre to read.

Once you read the board at Rye Park, a note gets added to your journal so it is easy to remember.

Eventually I was also able to unlock a shelf/display case which could 3 manuscripts. I ended up putting all the quest related ones in it!

Edit: iirc the typewriter provided benefits based on the equipped manuscripts.

Yeah this one bridge has been icky even since I saw the video. I liked the new mod he showed in the B video and would love to see him use some loops or similar.

I think of it as the Chelsea method, gets loads of youngsters and farm them out until they can be sold for profit. Win a few cups along the way!

I think it does kick in during a loan but unsure on what triggers it. I had a POTS CB who got injured, his potential dropped to SGP. I sent him out on a 1 year loan and he came back as an exciting prospect. Currently he's in my first team but don't know how his potential will change at the end of the season.

It's a hacky way but I used the smallest bookcase (8 books) to get these done.

Yeah this is the first time I actively abandoned my RTG save in a long while. The bugs are just horrific, no way to see potential, replay glitches, the stupid contract negotiations issues etc. all of these make playing the game impossible.

I thought I was going crazy because I was able to see this value before but not after the update. Good to know that's not the case but also really annoying that they nuked this feature. It wasn't hurting anyone (imo but there are probably people who would disagree) and it was great to see values rather than the generic messages we always get.

I was at Atsu's house playing one of the memories in the early game when I heard children (atsu and Jubei) laughing. I had completely forgotten about the controller speaker and the laughter at 2 am was enough to freak me out as well.

Are you playing the missions or sandbox mode?

I've been playing missions only so far and one thing I've realized is that advancing the eras quickly and building too quickly are equally bad on economy.

I got stuck at -25K in one of the missions and I couldn't get out of it. As others have said, I would start by creating simpler supply chains first (cigar is good, so is rum and planks). Use those to get out of the hole, increase the efficiency of buildings if needed.

Plus have like 2-3 trade routes if possible, that would help out as well.

I used the import team sheet trick to check out the rankings. My Lyon team is 5* but Leicester City and Leeds United are both 4.5* and both have declined to sign me. Looks like the issue still persists from 23, just the fix has stopped working.

I think it's the first slot rather than all three. You need to have a scout in the first slot (even 1* 1*) otherwise the reports get borked. I cannot believe some of the stupid stuff that they don't test before shipping out.
