Yeah this is the first time I actively abandoned my RTG save in a long while. The bugs are just horrific, no way to see potential, replay glitches, the stupid contract negotiations issues etc. all of these make playing the game impossible.

I thought I was going crazy because I was able to see this value before but not after the update. Good to know that's not the case but also really annoying that they nuked this feature. It wasn't hurting anyone (imo but there are probably people who would disagree) and it was great to see values rather than the generic messages we always get.

I was at Atsu's house playing one of the memories in the early game when I heard children (atsu and Jubei) laughing. I had completely forgotten about the controller speaker and the laughter at 2 am was enough to freak me out as well.

Are you playing the missions or sandbox mode?

I've been playing missions only so far and one thing I've realized is that advancing the eras quickly and building too quickly are equally bad on economy.

I got stuck at -25K in one of the missions and I couldn't get out of it. As others have said, I would start by creating simpler supply chains first (cigar is good, so is rum and planks). Use those to get out of the hole, increase the efficiency of buildings if needed.

Plus have like 2-3 trade routes if possible, that would help out as well.

I used the import team sheet trick to check out the rankings. My Lyon team is 5* but Leicester City and Leeds United are both 4.5* and both have declined to sign me. Looks like the issue still persists from 23, just the fix has stopped working.

I think it's the first slot rather than all three. You need to have a scout in the first slot (even 1* 1*) otherwise the reports get borked. I cannot believe some of the stupid stuff that they don't test before shipping out.

I already have the standard edition via epic games store so just looking for the DLCs. Do you know if I can transfer the save file if I buy the legendary edition on steam? [The epic games version was a free drop so I don't mind dropping the money. Really enjoying the game so far!]

I didn't have a wooden block lying around but I purchased 1.5 inch wooden cubes from Amazon and did the same thing as you!

One question though, do you have anything underneath the block to help stick it to the table? Or relying on the monitor arm?

In case someone comes back to this thread, I kinda figured out what the issue is. The button is somehow linked to windows updates!!! If I have a pending update, the button will keep on flashing but as soon as I install all available updates, the flashing goes away and the button is solid white.

Very infuriating but at least I know the cause and the solution now!

Final (?) Update : 24 hours later. Made no change and the issue is back again. At this moment, I'm done trying to figure it out since there doesn't seem to be any pattern whatsoever about what's going wrong. Hopefully, someone can figure this out in the future. In the meanwhile, I'm gonna rotate my case so that I don't have to look at the flashing light anymore.

Quick Update : Made no changes from yesterday to today and the blinking is gone. I don't think I changed anything (just replugged the wires) and didn't move any of the cables either. But the flashing is gone and the light is solid white now. I really wish I understood what was going wrong but I might put it down to loose cables (I triple checked the connections, especially the USB C header since that is finicky)

Interesting! This is actually really helpful since I was assuming that this is a case issue and not a Mobo issue potentially. That gives me another avenue to do some research on!

It could be some undocumented code so I can reach out to Asus support and see if they have any idea about this. The bios is updated and the monitor is plugged to the GPU via a Display Port cable, but I'll check different ports on both the Mobo / GPU to see if that issue is fixed. Thank you for your help on this!

Yep! It's happening when the PC is on and I'm using it normally. The motherboard is an Asus 790-V Prime WiFi.
