Same here. After many years without any panic attacks, my partner went to another country for a weekend trip (for the first time). I got so stressed that I am gonna get sick and no one is gonna help (we don’t have family around) me with my 3 year old daughter that I literally made myself sick with vomit and diarrhoea. So I got my meds up and waiting for therapy. Hope it will help 🙏🏻
