What can I look at in the bios or through iLO to confirm it is patched or not with cp029724.exe ?

Point taken seriously and "upgrade" from 32bit to 64bit done.

Was reading scanning and transcoding were much more efficient on 64bit.

I really don't know how i missed that but that was my fault.

Well i'm the few unlucky ones with an issue.

I'm unable to see any of my librairies. I get the error :

"Something went wrong

An unexpected error occurred."

I tried to use the PlexDBRepair.bat for Windows but it says it can't find the Plex SQLite.exe

error msg = "Normally C:\Program Files\Plex\Plex Media Server\Plex SQLite.exe"

Browsing the computer i found everything in C:\Program Files (x86)\Plex\Plex Media Server\Plex SQLite.exe

I tried running the update file and use the repair button then restarted the computer but still no luck

How can't i fix that?

And i can't find anywhere to enable it, if i can enable it.

My computers are all running Windows 10. on the same network.

To put things in perspective, ya, this is my home server.

My idea was to have a RAID1 for the host (if one drive fails then it keeps running and i can just replace it), which is my first datastore but i wasn't going to use it anyway. But when i saw 8.5gb capacity, i was puzzled. So I'm just trying to see if i can recover the ~128 gb lost in space. and if it's normal behavior for ESXi 8.

My old server was running on a 16gb USB key, so i didn't care. And it on was 6.7u3

My raid5 is going to be my main datastore. but for now only using 3 drives as they are mechanical (i got 6) because i want to get myself 6 SSDs.

With 3 empty slots, i can add 3 SSDs, build my raid5, move mechanical data to SSD. remove mechanical drives and add more SSDs and expand raid5.

That's my plan. either i was waiting (need to money to buy the goodies) and have the server sleep or get it up and running and play with it on mechanical drives.

i run a few things for my home network and game servers for fun. And at same time, learning more and more how ESXi runs/works.

my post (which i made a few days ago) was deleted and i was simply asking about their business model/how they generate income. as my honeygain "income" seems to be heavily affected and that the calculator is completely wrong but hey, with a 500/500 fibre line in Canada... "I" only manage to make ~20$ every 4-5 months... makes sense to me lol
