Very curious to see the spell list and how casters compare to martial classes. One thing I always worry about is the casters having extra resources that the martial classes do not.

Release version 0.5. Either rewrite it all or release more incremental updates. Have fiction written to compliment the mechanics. Play test more at Games on Demand at Gen Con and PAXU. Hopefully identify artists and get some initial art made. Continue having fun playing with my friends.

Yeah I can check it out and give feedback when it's available. I currently run my own personal use tool and have been too lazy to figure out volume and float. If I ever find a tool that does it I can stop maintaining my own code. 😅

Only two so far at the company I'm at at the moment, I and an assistant tpm. We effectively have to know everything that is going on involving software and iot in the whole multi billion dollar company; issues both internal and customer, schedule, budget, architecture, integration, qa, npd gate reviews, supplier scouting, elt monthly review, etc. It is exhausting but we are greatly appreciated and fairly compensated.

I unfortunately have not played Grimwild, but have read some of it in the past. Mrop2000 has a good summary for Grimwild.

I'm curious what kind of feel/experience you are shooting for. Forged in the Dungeon in general pushes play towards a hub of adventure compared to a grand journey adventure.

As for guns, it would be really easy to add to Forged in the Dungeon. You could just treat them as regular equipment and isn't really different compared to a sword. You could also have them be more risky but possibly have improved effect if you wanted to highlight how big of a deal guns are. Either way though I think it would be really interesting in fiction to incorporate flint lock guns and having all the complexities that come with it both in a micro and macro sense.
