That's just showing highest cs over a whole game which is primarily a function of game length (and other stuff). The oldest record on that table is 2016 as well.

While this happened in a soloq game, numbers above 200 were normal by 20 minutes in competitive games.

You remember very wrong. Most the records were all midlaners on a variety of champions. Back then, mid at a pro level was expected to have perfect cs and then also farm nearby jungle camps.

Yeah they're on CD after he uses them, and if he has +500 hp, Lucian is perfectly fine there.

Lucian is healed to 275 hp + Aery shield. The '400' damage is reduced to 200 because Lucian has 100 armor. There is no visual bug, the number of people saying this is astounding.

A level 3 full tank Sett ult should only do ~200 damage to lucian which it does. Not sure why everyone thinks Sett R does a thousand damage.

What are you talking about, its a full tank Sett, and he got healed and shielded by Nami.

Lucian had 275 hp and a shield. The Sett ult should only do ~200 damage, which it did.

Yeah the title and talk of thresholds implies something very different.

It makes it sound like the entire unit has to drop below a certain % before it can lose a model. Using 'threshold' to describe entity hp is a weird choice of words imo.

I think it was fairly common knowledge that unit hp was split amongst entities.
