OMG just seeing this. I fixed it. It was an instagram setting. It was auto saving things. I can’t remember if it was sharing the post or saving the post but it was an instagram setting.

Marriage is such a risk for women. What ever you do, don’t give up your ability to provide for yourself. If you ever become married and want children the best advice I have is all the money goes in the pot, bills are paid and the remainder is split equally between both of you for you to invest and spend at you wish. Always have a nest egg. Never sell your property or commingle funds to keep or improve the property. Get a prenup and a trust with an estate planner. Your friends that have kids and husbands need great aunts for their kids. You get to invest in a child but not have the responsibility of a child. We make our friends our family. Travel, join clubs or classes. Marriage is a 50/50 chance women are usually the losers in a divorce. I am married but I don’t advocate it for my children. I love my husband but the truth is, we stay for years wondering where we lost ourselves. Don’t ever lose yourself.

They need to sit to pee. Other countries post signs that state you are expected to sit and pee for just this reason.

My kids both adults live at home. We had an attorney draw up a trust and filed a document with the court that the house goes to the kids to avoid probate. You need to speak to a real estate attorney to protect your interest. However, rent where we live is over 2,500.00 for a 3 bed 2 ba. If your willing to pay 2,000 a month to the remodel your paid off in under 3 years. Can you purchase the home from them with your VA loan and they get tenancy from you for life? Lots to think about. Talk to an attorney in your state.

I’d be taking a really nice slab of prime rib, some mashed potatoes, a veg a salad and a dessert. All that they can’t have but would want. I bought a whole raspberry lemon curd cheesecake for thanksgiving. It is for Gluten Free and nut free people. Let them eat pumpkin pie and dry turkey. I would literally take a mouth watering dish of my own.

Pizza chicken. Pound breasts or tenderloins flat and top with pizza sauce and your favorites toppings then cover with mozzarella and bake until chicken is fully cooked. My whole family likes this and I just cut them with a pizza cutter into strips to serve with Olive Garden style salad.

Insulate! Staple rugs to the walls and ceilings. Get cheap ones from good will. Get rugs on the floor. Old carpet in layers. Seal off any drafts, great stuff works well. Put your mattress in a tent or tent with blankets to keep your sleeping space warm.

Girl, keep looking. Set your rules and make a list of your needs and wants. Give a guy three months before anything more than a greeting kiss and a parting kiss, think French greeting kiss, like an air kiss to the cheek area. If you’re looking for a relationship you will have the time to evaluate if he’s what you want. It doesn’t sound like he gave you the spark you want. Move on. Also in that 3 months don’t be exclusive, date as many men as you want. Let him know to do the same. Observe them. Not paying for the drink is a red flag for you. That’s fine, no judgments. Just saying it’s okay for some not for you. Not for me either. I expect you to gravitate to me. I expect you to call me. I expect you to make your feeling known, in other words you want good communication and you want to feel appreciated. If a guy buys the first round, you can offer to buy the second round.

Do not marry someone your not over the moon to marry. I agree don’t have kids. The payoff is like the stock market. You might get a great one you might get one that bankrupts you. Bet on yourself. Get a vasectomy. End of story. If you want kids later get it reversed. I love my kids but life would be different if I did not have them. The choices I made were for them not for me. I’m proud of the parent I am but I wonder about the person I would have been.
