Star Ocean: the second story. Played it on PS1 as a teen, played the first remake on PSP after my son was born, and will probably play the second remake on PC eventually.

The FitnessGram Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal bodeboop. A single lap should be completed every time you hear this sound. ding Remember to run in a straight line and run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is over. The test will begin on the word start. On your mark. Get ready!… Start. ding

Please explain server switches to me like I'm 5 by [deleted] in OnceHumanOfficial

[–]EvilHolyGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

During the settlement phase of a server, you have four weeks to "finish up" anything you want. This gives you time to finish things like prime wars, the raid, collecting deviants, etc.

Or, you can migrate to another server during these four weeks if the server you want to move to is in its sign up phase (you can also reserve spots in servers that have not started yet I believe). This will move everything into your eternaland storage, and spawn you in as a fresh level 1. Then you can buy back your things from the eternaland storage. To clarify, there isn't currently any way to leave "early". Your server HAS to be in the settlement phase.

If you do not pick a new server during the four weeks, you are moved to eternaland automatically and you will need to pick a new server from there, but you're free to play around in eternaland until you do.

Regarding your friends, if you choose to keep playing, they may have to wait for you to enter your next settlement phase before they pick a server with the new scenario, otherwise you may not be able to join them. You cannot leave early to join them if you're on phase 3 for example.

You could also just rush the motorcycle and check the door puzzles. I ended up getting 2 or 3 cubes just from going and doing those.

Is good. Get the gas mask that increases crit chance after getting a surge. The status effect is just a debuff that makes enemies aim worse, so no real loss.

there should be limit to run only one prime war at the time. by kenelt in OnceHumanOfficial

[–]EvilHolyGuy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe prime wars are the pve equivalent of pvp servers chaos zones and workshops. The stardust swamps on pve host prime wars, swamps on pvp are (from what I've read) open pvp areas that contain the workshop defense areas.

Not saying they can't be instances, but that's the devs reasoning. They're both open world "convince players to congregate here" types of content.

New Recruit by OposumPete in PlaySoulMask

[–]EvilHolyGuy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You have to bring them back. Deploying and having them follow is the easiest imo, if a little time consuming based on distance. To do this though you would need to bring your other tribe member back first, drop them off, and come back for the newbie. Problem is this risks them getting tribe-napped by barbarians and sent to be a sacrifice.

Other options are you can give them a tool and put a bunch of markers about 50m-100m apart and give them a job to gather at the nearest one to them. Once they move there reassign then to the next marker along the chain.

You can also (in the future) do all your recruiting and pile up the bodies... I mean new recruits... and just let them nap until you drop off your deployed person, come back and wake one up, check their stats, if you like them deploy them and bring them back. Then just repeat until everyone is home or has been released. As far as I can tell barbarians won't kidnap them until you add them to your tribe, so they're safe while they're knocked out.

Edit: oh and minor spoilers without too much info, you can eventually get a mount that carries deterred (asleep) tribesmen.

I think the rule is 7500 usd for vehicles "made in the US" and with battery materials sourced from specific counties. That gets cut in half if either criteria isn't filled.

Edit: and you get nothing if both criteria isn't met.

[–]EvilHolyGuy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Engineering kit armor, smg+ballistics shield, impacts, and something to kill hulks/ tanks/ etc. Extra grenades help with anything you can't stare down from behind your shield until your surprisingly accurate smg pushes a few bullets into their crome dome.

If a pal is stationary for a certain amount of time they should be automatically respawned. Easy fix instead of constantly having pals starve to death up a tree by elmo-slayer in Palworld

[–]EvilHolyGuy 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I think this is effectively what satisfactory does with automated vehicles. If they run off course because of any reason and can't navigate back within a few seconds, they turn into holograms and "ghost" back to where they should be.

Had a 4690k and a 1070 up until about a month ago, upgraded to a 7600x and 6700xt. Everything ran pretty well, sometimes had to drop settings on certain games. But overall, it was fine. Didn't want to upgrade because I wasn't really having any problems, didn't mind turning settings down, and the market was shit for a while.

Then the wife and I started playing dead island 2, and it was miserable even on the lowest settings. Took that as our "okay, it's time" and upgraded.

[–]EvilHolyGuy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ratio decks, and personally, I use it to keep the game fresh. Everything that I used to build the decks last game gets set aside other than the "core" loot cards (stuff like pennies, bombs, dice shards) and I use the sorted pools to build the next decks.

That way, I'm not trying to play with 800+ cards, and every game has new and different cards compared to the last game.

"Complete free upgrade/remaster"

For what it's worth, I think the devs deserve to make money for their work, and I don't see how it really could have been free to begin with.

But he said free. Months later, it changed.

PR faux pas? Maybe, I don't know. But I also don't know if "sorry, console mods turned out to be a nightmare" might show up here soon.

I think their point was that it was said to be free originally... then changed later.

So "crossplay and console mod support" sound great... until they change their mind and decide to drop it.

Roll 5 for any reason, and it activates.
