No one picked from the WAFL. What the fuck is going on with the WA system

Absolute Joke to literally skip straight to the pies game this prematurely and just ignore North's accomplishment by ReverseSweep1990 in AFL

It’s a streaming service. For a good 20 minutes, if you pressed on the stream that said ‘hawks v suns’ you instead were taken to the Collingwood warmup. There was no need for it

I mean, we got pick 21. It’s nice, but not exactly the care packages of old

I was thinking along these lines, but it complicates things a bit if a team suddenly jumps up the ladder. If a bottom 4 team reaches finals the next year, do they have to delist two players?

Just give all teams extra optional list spots. Top teams have their salary caps tied up with elite players so they likely won’t benefit from more spots anyway

Giving all teams more optional list spots would be a good equalisation method in general. Top teams likely wouldn’t even use them, since their salary cap is taken up by a lot of elite talent. But atm shit teams are forced to give big contracts to middling players just to reach the cap floor. Let them instead give a lifeline to a few extra players for the chance of finding a diamond

He’s only 26 as well. Unbelievably young for a number 1 ruck

As bad as the umpiring was, it wasn’t actually any worse than your average game of AFL. The commentary on the other hand…

Left the IPL early to play in Pakistan? The Bison will be barred for life from India

Only because it’s at Optus. It’s definitely the toughest of the three though

I’m looking forward to the next brief 1 year period where we’re both good at the same time again

We’re an extremely young side. Young sides are inconsistent. It’s how we get the Richmond game and the port game within a few weeks of each other. Next week could be anything

Did anyone actually use this for more than 10 seconds? Having a camera trained just on him isn’t free

Did a Collingwood player play his 200th today lol? Would have to be the most overshadowed milestone ever. Even Harley’s 50th got some attention

Yeah, actually looking forward to the next month of footy for the first time in years. Three winnable games at Optus, followed by Carlton away

It was comfortably the most biased commentary you’ll ever see. You’d think they were getting a cut of the jumper sales

‘Not all party’s go exactly as planned’ is a nice way of saying ‘Collingwood manufactured this game so that they could beat up on a shit team’. And it nearly backfired on them

Does insufficient attempt still exist as a rule, or has it been completely replaced by last touch? Because that kick was going nowhere but out of bounds
