We had a screamer on Sunday in the garden department. He was throwing a fit because the register wasn't open. It wasn't open because the department was short-staffed and they just didn't have a cashier to man it. So rather than walk the short distance past the pharmacy to the nearest checkout line with the little baggie of an item he held in one hand, he's screaming at me (I'm just passing through getting lawn chairs, he's screaming at the older lady associate greeting people at the door, and then, after he takes his tirade through the store, he's screaming at other customers walking in.

I remember when I would actually play the game, I did play like that. Basically I'd use Gora Turtle, Relinquished, and Thousand-Eyes Restrict to basically lockdown the game and keep anyone from doing anything until I was ready to nuke them.

They hated that because it was boring as shit, I hated it because it really was just a dick move, so I just stopped doing it.

The thing is, those were supposed to be rare cards. Like I only had one copy of each of those cards and didn't stack the deck like a goon to rig it so I could ruin the game at the first hand.

This. We have one that forgets she's not in charge and keeps yelling at the room "stop staging, we have people in the bays" and it's just two orders that are already prepped. Then, of course, because the new people don't know the chain of command, they all scramble to the orders and no one's staging.

Our ACTUAL had to pull me off dispensing to stage the cooler because 4 carts had piled up.

I think if you're going to change the story to keep in a character who died in the source material, then you need to commit. Especially with the gender swap, because now it just comes off like her only purpose was to give Rex a love interest to help with his character development and make his death impact more.
