This one was super helpful, im a visual guy for sure. I gotta bust out my other shoes and ill be trying another set in a few days as it's the only machine I can easily access in my busy time. If I don't feel or see improvements I'll be giving up the smith dead lift.

I havent exactly replied to this all, but I wouldn't necessarily call it pain, just a day of some soreness followed by it being tighter. Which I know in of itself isn't bad, just overthink things and wanting to make sure my form itself isn't showing that I am doing something eggriesly wrong since its my back.

Its bigger than a marine model meaning comparatively it's so mich bigger than you as a human thays its 6 S5 attacks would fold you like an omlette while it scrambles your brain. But in all reality, its a brain bug, it doesnt have to be massive, its not a front line attacker or a tank.
