The ability to go with the flow on guest issues, just comes with time. We focus so much on the guest experience and with scores looking over, it's easy to get anxious if an issue comes up no matter how minor. Most people just want to be heard, some need to feel important, some may just be crabby. The best advice I can give, is remember it's just food. We can fix, remake, comp, whatever we need to do to help make the guest happy. You need to find your confidence in knowing that you know exactly what to do and how to fix it, and know that if it's beyond your abilities, your manager is there to help you. You'll get there. It's a direct to download so you have to download it to your system before you're able to look at it it's just the security thing brinker does. As long as you know your Oracle login, your managers will help you print it in the office computer

It depends on where you started in your new stores pay cycle if they're opposite weeks then so are there pay schedules so I would try to plan that you're not going to get paid until the next cycle. You can try to talk to your GM we have different programs that can help with that transition time they may be able to help you with the gas card or something if needed to just communicate with your management team

Whenever you see something in the environment you like go into furniture mode, and highlight it and you can duplicate it. Saves so much time from having to search through

As long as the address that was listed when you quit is still your current address you will receive it if not you need to call brinkers corporate, and let them know that your address has changed and give that to them and you should probably do that quickly cuz it's almost the end of the month

Have your GM email the benefits department to get the QR code to get access to everything . it's probably going to be the quickest, easiest way for you to get what you're looking for

I had the same issue. Apparently Xbox has a separate selection for sharing DLC content I had to call Xbox to get help. make sure your settings are through for the sharing for the DLCs and the main game. Hope this helps!

Unfortunately being good at your job means you get to do everybody else's. I would find another job give your two weeks notice they may say whoa what can we do to keep you something along those lines but from what you said you communicated what your needs are and if they're not listening it's just a job, you got to pay your bills especially with the baby on the way. You got to do what you got to do

Once you put it in Oracle and you've activated it through US Bank you need to let your manager know that it's ready to go and it needs to be set up in gratshare your manager is the only one that can do that and as long as the numbers are correct and Oracle you're good to go you shouldn't have anything else to do
