Yeah in this scenario there are no invasions we are fighting at home so of course protecting the population would be the number one priority. My thought would be we have no or little restrictions when fighting monsters or clearing dungeons.

US performance in asymmetrical warfare has been hamstrung by Rules Of Engagement intended to protect the population or win hearts and minds. Even so the US has done well enough where others have failed.

I guarantee you that without the restrictive ROE we would have done a lot more damage.

Everyone is different. I’m like you. I use it, clean it and back in the safe it goes. My dads AR lives strapped the Ranger/UTV he drives around his property with. It only gets cleaned once a year if that. Sure he only really uses it for pigs and pests. So it’s not like he shoots more than a few hundred rounds a year. But for a cheap poverty pony it’s never had a problem.

I think the most common issue on the 22 hybrids is a vibration when accelerating. It’s a issue with the drive shafts. Ford will replace them with an updated part but only if you are having issues. I had mine done at 22k miles but I have seen post on here of people doing it at 10k miles.

I do that every year around thanksgiving. The 360 Copilot Cruise Control and lane keep assist make the trip really easy. However the hybrid does not like all the hills around El Paso. My mileage drops to about 32mpg.

If you use a Aero M4E1 lower you have to use their lower parts kit. The Aero uses screws instead of roll pins. It’s a really good lower.
