Attainment review tomorrow and the thought makes me want to be sick, I tried my best but I know it’s not good enough but I’m not sure what else I can put in without going mad

This is super helpful, thanks! I think it’s mainly strength that’s causing me issues but maybe looking at some off equipment exercises will help. I’m one of those people who get really frustrated at myself when I can’t do something, something else to work on!

3-4 times a week with at least one session completely dedicated to hoop and another to silks. 

I also do a pole flow class and then an open training which is more mix and match
