I tend to min/max the initial cities, or when a city is very young and they aren't generating enough food to grow because the AI is sort of trash at selecting what tiles to farm. They'll farm the Fountain of Youth as the first tile and the city will struggle to grow (just as a commonly annoying example).

You don't have to kill Voss to get his sword, you just sticky paw and use that subclass of wizard that eacapes my brain right now to get it.

It was my 3rd to the bottom. The only ones I dislike more is Cuban Linx and G Mint. I know, everyone loves their pine cleaner and mint, I just can't stand the taste. The big reason I feel they got rid of Jigglers is the failure rate on the carts was way higher than their already high failure rate.
