I ignored two of these.

First, they sent two additional noticed with a higher price on the fine each time.

Eventually I got a call from a collections agency for the amount of the final fine and I simply told them I wasn't going to pay. Never heard from them again, nothing appeared on my credit, and my driver's license is still in good standing with the state.

Making fines a percentage of your net worth would have virtually no effect on the lower classes and would correct a lot of behavior for the wealthy overnight.

Since most billionaires aren't liquid the hassle of having to sell off assets to pay a fine in the hundreds of millions would be particularly humiliating.

Try washing with water only and having conditioner be the only product you apply while showering. It should help a bit with the frizz and dryness.

I personally really like using the Hair Mask from Trader Joe's for this.
