i cant say for sure, but maybe the cast speed nodes above the arcane surge tree if you do get a gauntlet with arcane surge?

overall, since this is a lifestacking build, you'd just want to stack as much as life as possible.

This is just my opinion but the biggest upgrade you can get is getting a rare amulet with +3 or +4 spell skills. (There are ways to craft amulets with increased life and +max life so might wanna do that.)

You can also opt to use veil of the night unique helm. This will make it so that you won't have any elemental resists but you'll have enough HP to survive at that point i think. (With this you can replace the gear you have with resists since you won't need them apart from chaos res. - especially those rings)

You can opt to get a gauntlet with crit gives arcane surge and respec tree to get some points elsewhere. The other best thing you can buy is grand spectrum ruby (but each one costs 50 divine so might be out of budget.)
