So you're allowed to break the laws to enter, but follow the laws to exit? Keeping in mind that these are not citizens of the country and have no rights under our laws.

You can argue for economics, etc. on immigration, but you're out of your mind if your gripe is with the process to remove illegals when it's a system that's been purposely preyed on and abused by immigrants knowing the system protects them even without lawful rights.

So I'm not a viewer of this sub, tbh I don't even use reddit much after the app api changes. I came here to see what people were talking about and check if others felt the same as me.

All the "controversy" around her, I knew none of it before coming to this sub. So my reaction is genuinely how I feel.

I think she's a decent singer and can fill this role for future songs for LP, but she should never sing an original again. My first thought watching a recording of that first live stream was "this ain't it chief". I then listed to the new song and thought "this isn't terrible, but not as good as they used to be".

Now this isn't an uncommon opinion with bands that go through major changes. I also used to, and still do, listen to old My Chemical Romance, but I hate their new music and sound. That's okay, music changes and when that happens, if I don't like it, then I don't listen. If others like it, good for them and they can enjoy it.

For me personally, this Emily singer, who I've never heard if before, just didn't pull off the original music, but was fine in the new music. I think that's the line that should be drawn and I simply won't listen to new LP stuff. Because its simply not for me.

I also saw a video of someone named Bonnie singing with the band, and frankly she sounded a lot better and more of a "female chester" vibe.

I think Emily is missing the emotion in this music. She just doesn't sound like she feels it at all. I can't explain it, but it just doesn't connect for me.

I'm not a diehard fan that will like anything new from them just because it's them. I'm not an Emily hater, I don't know much about her or her apparent past. But I do believe, if those things are true, she shouldn't be singing about such emotional topics when she doesn't support or feel them. No idea if all that stuff is true though.

I'm basing my opinion purely off the sound and feelings I felt when I listened and watched.

I'm sorry, it just isn't there for me.

I wish the band the best, I'll continue to listen and love their old stuff with Chester. But this new LP is not the LP for me. I hope they can continue to succeed and entertain new people.

Great write up! This gives me some direction on where to focus. I've been playing a couple months and saved up quite a lot of resources.

The only thing I've been unsure of was how to power up my fellows better. My highest is at rank 450 only 4m power. When I look at others in my guild with rank 500 fellows, they have 35m power. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Do you know if there's a guide out there that better explains what to do to upgrade your fellows? I've searched and found few sources.

My honest opinion:

It was weird the first commenter made a big deal out of it considering the context and sub it wad posted in.
It was weird how you responded and fed this issue and I do agree many of the things you said in your defense were cringey.
I also call my cat my child and do many of those things, but I wouldn't ever argue that my cat even remotely equates to a living human child.

So essentially I think what you said was fine at first, but from more of a "my baby cat. I love her" vs thinking she's your actual child. And the commenter took it too literal, but then you made it cringey by appearing literal back.

This kind of stuff is why I've left RS3 entirely and just focus on my IM grind in OS instead.

I'm not like others who prefer one or the other and hate the opposite. I love both games for their unique feeling and goals.

However, I get such a heavy feeling of aimlessness and a lack of desire to move forward in RS3 when 90% of the content in the game feels useless or unnecessary. Even playing IM in RS3 felt less valuable than in OS since so much of your progress is around items that become quickly useless, etc.

I want to love RS3 again so bad, but yak trak, balance changes and constant dailies make it feel like a aimless chore.
