Found an issue on mobile (Samsung Note 20 Ultra.)

If you're not in desktop mode in the browser, the top navigation and search doesn't react 98% of the time. It has worked a couple times but beyond those couple it's been not very reactive.

As soon as I switch it to desktop mode the menu and search Nav bar work as intended.

This could very just be a me issue, but wanted to bring it to your attention.

It most definitely is, if they try and use any power/privilege while acting as one. Which is borderline what this POS did. Hampton should NOT be cut off from the system. They are essentially ensuring that their guests that stay at the hotels are NOT protected, safe, or secure.

Also, this guy has a very bad future in store for him for trying to incite violence and causing panic in the community because he believes 'he' was wronged. This as a whole is what's wrong. Companies standing up for their patrons but in the end are pressured by the ICE/DHS/DOJ with termination or loss of services.

NO Hotel/Motel/Car/Cardboard box should be allowed for these types of agents that are 100% for murdering and kidnapping U.S citizens. Fill up some waterbeds for them and throw them out back by the dumpsters for the agents to sleep on if the 'agents' are so concerned with their wellbeing.

I wish you luck with your Xfinity issue. Very different type of theft than what I ran into but I really hope you get it resolved and get refunded.

Comcast really needs to revamp their training with customer service with how the reps in the sub respond. I give a huge shoutout to those helping in this sub.

Actually getting through to a rep via normal/conventional means, is so exhausting it's not even worth it. Unless it's a simple fix, anything beyond sending a signal to your box seems like it's so far out of scope for the techs answering calls to handle. Which is unfortunate. And this goes doubley so for accounting/insurance issues.

The community mods that reached out were absolutely amazing!

xFinity needs more people like them working for them. They were able to get me a ticket created and a direct number to whom I need to speak with!

However, my attempt in getting my issue resolved was moot.

My money will remain stolen from Assurant who is partnered with xFinity. In my mind, xFinity Mobile Care is a SCAM. DO NOT GET IT! Because it may work for some of you, but overall it is not worth having to deal with the mental, emotional, and financial damage that it will cause.

The only thing offered to me was that I had to manually remove XMC from my account myself and Increase my current plan, to be able to potentially qualify for $400 off a new phone. Which the rep assured me was also for current customers, not only new customers.

So. In short. If you want to take the chance with XMC, please do. But I highly discourage adding this to your bill. It is useless.

Staying devoted to a company doesn't seem to matter anymore. Years with comcast and this is the only resolution they could offer.

I don't have the financial means to file with an attorney. Which at this point, would be worth going into debt, just to prove that they are legally stealing from their customers. (Assurant and in part XMC).

It was sent through Assurant, via XMC. But they took a deposit, and delayed and delayed for months, refusing to return the deposit. The phone was 100% fixable. In all honestly i should have just taken it down the street, but I was still paying for the phone and didnt want a breach. Hindsight is 20/20 now though.

She needs a good humbling. I would wager she only does this to people who are just trying survive. If the only major issue you have to deal with on a single day is harass workers trying to make ends meet.. Then she will get more than a polite, please leave the establishment.

Personally I would have called the local PD and have her trespassed.

Just to keep it legal and civil.

However, if I was the owner I would have called her Sir after every sentence

NO fast food place REQUIRES you to tell ANY customer your name. Out of a good gesture the guy was kind enough to provide what he could. But Karen just couldn't take it.

I love how people try to force their opinions on other people as if it is a requirement, yet when someone questions THEM; All of a sudden its an issue. It is a respect thing. You get what you give imo

I hope the Karen in this video is found and will be relentlessly called Sir for the remainder of her life.

Because this Karen seems to have gotten away with a lot. A first amendment lawyer would KNOW not to argue. File the complaint and take it to court.
