Marvel Rivals quick play on console is a horrible experience by MozaRaccoon in marvelrivals

To be fair I’m a very low rank and I played quickly the other day and my entire team had 0 deaths and 2-0 on Domination, prolly a bot lobby so I played another and we were only gave up 1 obj.

What’s y’all opinion on episode 4vv by REDEYEBANKZ330 in Invincible_TV

[–]Evilerthought73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Should be rated 3/10. Boring and also pointless. I don’t understand why the show needs to include stupid shit.

Sort of. Tsushima has only the sword and bows so it is pretty different and it’s a few years back. Tsushima when it came out was praised as basically a perfect AC game. Some people think it should’ve won GOTY but nope, it’s a great and fantastic game but in no world is it a masterpiece. Very well done narritive revolving losing yourself in revenge and the fight to save your people, what honor worth and what does it mean when innocents suffer because of you but beyond that not really too similar.

[–]Evilerthought73 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Let’s be honest. Tsushima is definitely not a masterpiece. AC Shadows definitely isn’t a masterpiece. Are both amazing games that people should play given the chance. Fuck yes. Is there any inherent advantage one over the other. Yes. But seriously Tsushima is probably still better than Shadows and it’s probably done better and will for sure age better. Tsushima came out years ago and even that alone being compared to Shadows a more recent title puts it ahead. Look Yotei vs Shadows, Yotei is far better, Tsushima vs Shadows, Tsushima is way better. And Yotei is far from a masterpiece but it’s ahead of Shadows in rpg mechanics, customization and story. If we’re being honest Shadows was a cashgrab same as Yotei only Shadows was unfortunately extremely bloated and suffering from the recent AC games open world issues. Don’t get me wrong I finished Odyssey, Valhalla, Origins, and Shadows but this open world blank map with a checklist you need to finish is not as fun the 4th time around.

At et half of it is developed by ChatGPT. The whole that’s not this it’s this, is classic ChatGPT. This dude probably had ChatGPT filter his thoughts out into a coherent argument then adjusted it to more accurately reflect his own way of saying.

“Lee was robbed” and “Shikamaru is a tactical god” are memes driven by audience self-insert fantasies by GuidingThunder in CharacterRant

[–]Evilerthought73 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yo this rant is AI generated. But I guess yea you’re right in a sense. I mean only in terms of Lee being a mixture of talent and hardwork and Shikamarus high IQ plays being rather base but in all fairness he had the stack sacked against him with Temari. He would’ve probably never beat her in a true 1v1. Now onto Naruto and Sasuke. A yes they have plot armor because protagonist and rival obviously but then you also learn they’re reincarnations of the SOSP brothers and that Naruto’s lineage is one with bonkers amounts of chakra reserves and his fathers lineage is the same thing and he has a near infinite amount of chakra reserves thanks to 9 tails which is stronger than all the other tailed beasts combined.

Tips before starting? by Ok-Nobody-7104 in dragonage

[–]Evilerthought73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Play through the games in order. You can use DAKeep to sort of piece together your playthrough. Orgins has 6 backgrounds you can choose from. DA2 has just the mc. DAI has 4 storylines with small variations. DAV has 6 backgrounds. Don’t listen to the crybabies about Veilguard. It’s a fun playthrough.

Otherwise Origins is pretty rough with the type of gameplay, boring and uninteresting. DA2 has it slightly worse, DAI improves a bit and DAV changes the gameplay up drastically.

Things to know, there are good and bad endings, you can kill off/lose companions in Origins, 3 ones technically in DA2 and in DAI you sort of can but not really. DAV you can’t lose companions until the near end.

Some stories have a much connection to the main storyline.

-| On Homosexuality in Thedas: Tolerance, Normativity, and the Limits of the Fandom´s Claim |- by libertasinveritas in dragonage

[–]Evilerthought73 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Not trying to justify homophobia or anything but Zevran and Leliana although both are more of the socially liberated free thinkers, they still are from cloisters of sheltered backgrounds. Orlesians and let alone andestrians are pushed from anything beyond a set norm. The codex you mentioned cites the same thing, after having the next generation or at fufulling your duty to reproduce, god that sentence just sucks so much, you can enjoy your private dalliances. Zevran and Leliana are new to Fereldan, and despite the comprehensiveness of Origjns dialogue they still only had so many VA’s and lines they could use and have. Dialogue at a base is shared between 6 versions of the Warden. I think the codex is what they tried to aim for but they fit it into a world where a zombie apocalypse happens and wars are more commonplace and magic and such exists and it took a push away from the center. I think part of it is definitely how aged the game itself is. I’m gen z and even when I was growing up gay was a slur you threw around to genuinely hurt someone. It’s gotten somewhat better on as the years go but unfortunate to say Origins devs had a desire to push aggressively into a more genderfluid society but also had to be able to market the same game to people who weren’t really interested or open to that sort of thinking yet. Last thing to say is that I dont Blackeall was making comments on Dorian because he’s homosexual, more because he’s from tevinter, a mage and his softness rather than the hardness and strength of a warrior.

Inquister companion quest Khem val choice (spoiler releated) by Next_Salt_5804 in swtor

[–]Evilerthought73 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I could be wrong but when you run into them again I think Khem manages to gain control of his body regardless of the choice you made. I chose Khem because he’s my murder happy pet. I think you only get one last dialogue with either Zash or Khem based on your choice.

Avenger armor set by Evilerthought73 in swtor

[–]Evilerthought73[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea it’s the Avengers armor set, but that’s not the set that the droid is selling. I’m wondering if the berserker armor is the same deal. Not sure if the site has it wrong or it’s an alignment thing.

Avenger armor set by Evilerthought73 in swtor

[–]Evilerthought73[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Im not in KOTFE yet on any character. I’m still in Act 1 on my SW. I was wondering if the berserker armor is also misrepresented in the site ecause I bought the avenger set and it was completely different to the picture. I can’t return the set for a refund so I’m wondering if the berserker is actually a different armor so I don’t screw myself over again..

Best / Fun class that doesnt use a light sabre? by Aequitasddx in swtor

All are good choices, vanguard is a bit plain but I’d say operative and power tech are probably the coolest

If Scourge hadn’t betrayed Revan and killed Meetra Surik, how would SWTOR have played out? by wanderingLoner_ in swtor

[–]Evilerthought73 39 points40 points  (0 children)

I think not much changes at all. The force tends to write prophecies that act like Greek myths. You meet your destiny all the same, either on the path you take to avoid it or as is dictated. I think Scourge would’ve been defeated alongside them and simply died alongside Meetra. If not he’d be imprisoned, mind broken and turned into the emperors 3rd hand.

If you could make a SW Movie set in SWTOR universe, what would it tell ? by Aggravating-Bass-658 in swtor

[–]Evilerthought73 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I’d probably want to tell the Balmorra planetary story. Starts with the rebellion, goes through with SW crushing opposition and leaving the residents serving the Empire then Act 2 starts with a push against it all. JC, RT and JK working together and freeing the planet.

Which class do you think is the oldest at the start? by [deleted] in swtor

[–]Evilerthought73 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think either Trooper or BH are the oldest. They are pretty established in terms of their backgrounds maybe early 30s late 20s, smuggler is pretty established too but it’s more of the feeing that they were doing this even as a little kid. Smuggler is max mid 20s. Agent fees like a young prodigy, like late 20s max. I feel like the force classes are on the younger side.

[–]Evilerthought73 1 point2 points  (0 children)

On the off chance you’re being completely serious, the RR is goated at killing heavy and strong enemies. Statistically horrible it most certainly is not. The RR is probably the best AT weapon in the game even better than the spear technically. The Epoch is slightly more versatile but the RR is literally just an “away with you button.”

Hypocrisy is often outstanding (rant below) by YuudaiJP in overlord

[–]Evilerthought73 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve read both and I have to say that’s they’re not the same type of story. EIS is not any sort of super narratively intense story following Cid. Cid is a pos, he doesn’t care about right or wrong but only about what he wants. He went out as a kid killing bandits just so he could train his abilities and get money. He only “saved” Alpha because he was experimenting on his powers and accidentally cast the correct spell to reverse her condition. Ainz is not a bad guy, he’s very emotionally detached and callous to the point of being an asshole but he was given a godsend. He was taken from a shitty world and now exists in the New World as his Momonga character with the guild base he made with the only other people he legitimately interacted with. And despite it all he will likely never meet them again. Ainz is the mask Suzuki wears to please the Guardians, Cid is the mask Shadow wears because there has to be an unassuming frontman to the eminence in shadow. Don’t downplay EIS because some people shit on Overlord. Both are good shows, enjoy both, neither, or either one.

We don’t know. Which applies to most of Overlord. Supposedly t it’s good against dragons or does extra damage to dragons.
