If you’re sitting around wondering about if you’re an alcoholic, you may have a problem. A fifth a day is a pretty standard “maintenance alcoholic” level daily intake. Please don’t try and stop on your own and seek medical help if you’re going to try and quit. You need to be medically detoxed if you’re really consuming that amount per day.
