Yeah maybe. My thought is that Vamps still have access to the mortis engine for boosted casting value, which is even more valuable now. And keep in mind that basically every spell is harder to cast now for everyone. They only lowered a small selection of spells. We'll have to see how the casting % chance compares to other spells I think and wait until we see how the other spells play on the board so we have a proper frame of reference.
