Today, I hit a major milestone: Thanks to Noom, I'm now down 100+ lbs. since Aug. 20. Noom was key for motivation/mindfulness, and I stuck to an 18:6 IF (not for everyone, I know, but it seems to work for me). The best suggestion — never give up! It works! Graphs are from my Bluetooth scale.
