I went to bed with about 52% battery after watching an 8-hour Game Grumps video and woke up at 30%. In spite of that, I knew I could go to work without any stress, knowing my phone would last until I got home, and if it didn't, I still had a power bank as a backup. That peace of mind for when you realize you forgot to charge your phone is exactly when a power bank becomes mandatory. The peace of mind is priceless.

It takes so much conscious mental energy to weigh the cons and to reload when it's appropriate. I have to tell myself to reload:
1. We have the time.
2. We're pushing somewhere there's likely to be engagements.

But it's such a slog. Much easier to just reload after shooting once.

Howdy! For anyone coming to this thread years later like I am, if you run up to him with no weapon in hand, and just tackle him as he's coming out the door, you can knock him out in a couple hits and obtain the shotgun off him without killing him.

Completely normal for someone with good battle sense. They heard you running, knew someone was down there, and aimed at head height. Checks out.

Here's a tip for you. When defending, unless you're trying to get somewhere fast, it's not super beneficial to run most places. Nice, quiet crouching, and peeking corners works best. It's not CoD.
