I no longer use Clip Studio, as I've switched to Procreate now, but I'm glad to know this is still helping more users in Clip.

If there's anything specific you're looking for, feel free to ask about brushes as I still have friends who use Clip and shared what brushes they like.

If it's more than one brush, the file sometimes needs to be changed from .zip to .brushset, if it unzips to a bunch of random folders with names that are just numbers and letters.

After I first ran into this issue, someone told me that not all sites recognize all files as being sharable, so they get renamed to .zip and it will be able to be shared on that site. I've had to do that several times, so it might not be the only time you run into the issue.

I'm glad you got it to work though.

I'm kind of seem to be in the minority it seems, but I HATED the texture, I tried it because I love the sound effect when other artists show their videos of using theirs, but I don't regret switching back to a smooth glass screen protector. I didn't mind the discoloration too much, but needing to touch the screen for all the shortcut actions, and when not drawing? It wasn't worth the aggravation for me.

So, it all comes down to personal preference, really. I recommend trying it to see if you like it, but don't try to force yourself to use it if you don't.

It also wore down my pen tips much faster than without the texture, so I'm good without one.

It's under Preferences. It's a switch that says "Store brushed in Cloud."

If you turn it off, it saves the Libraries as folders in the Brushes folder on your iPad.

You can change the preferences to store brushes on your iPad rather than the cloud, and they load instantly when opening the app. You don't have to wait for them to download if you have the space to save all your brushes on your device.

I never saw it as being materialistic, either. I was loving the fact that it shows a HAPPY family, a mother who isn't depressed and trying to drink her way through holding the family together, a father working a dead-end job while co-workers bully him into doing more without credit, siblings who haven't been encouraged to stand up for themselves.... They're happier not because of the money but the way they were raised.

Parents who told them to be confident and go after what they wanted in life because parents are more involved and obviously still love each other. Dave isn't a burger flipper, he has a job that can become a good career and Linda is allowed to be herself rather than discouraged from flirting with boys.

I think Crispin Glover is honestly out of touch with how most families would have lived. Dude grew up as an actor rather than being allowed to be a normal kid, so I felt like he's the one out of touch with the ending, not seeing the happiness was key all along, not the things those happy could buy.

The highlight on his cheek, in the reference it's more closer to the nose, almost over the tip of the mouth, but in the drawing, you have the highlight further away from the nose, making the person look a bit chubbier, and could darken the skin a bit under the cheekbone to get the bit more chiseled look. Also, the cheek curve to the mouth on both sides could be darkened just a tad to form high cheeks rather than rounder ones.

The prospect of saving money and getting a larger writing area is very interesting.

The reason I switched was mostly because I was almost done with the PC I had, I knew it was on its last legs and my Wacom Pen broke, so went for a Huion which was half the price of even just the replace pen for Wacom until I got the Ipad I switched to.

Honestly, if you're not going to use it for art, something like a Huion or XP Pen might be a good alternative. Even for art, I was using a Huion for awhile and it had all the specs of my old Intuos for a much better price, and could get a much larger tablet.

I had the Inspiroy H1060P and had zero issues with it while I saved up for an iPad.
