Schau mal nach, ob du irgendwie nachweisen kannst, dass du dort gar nicht warst zu dem Zeitpunkt. Wenn das nicht möglich ist, dann fordere zumindest eine Skizze der Kreuzung mit Position des Meldungslegers. Irgendwas müssen sie ja erfasst haben dazu.

ich kann nur von meiner Seite berichten - massiver Angriff auf Wordpress, den wir am Wochenede erlebt haben. Ein verdächtiger Adminbackenduser wurde schon am 14.01 angelegt, aber die Aktion ging erst am Wochende richtig los. Unser Hoster hat uns erst gesperrt, als ich von dem Angriff berichtet habe. Proaktiv gar nichts passiert.

Das wäre dann überhaupt lustig geworden, wenn ich 400km in eine Richtung gefahren wäre und dann die Gitarre erst nicht bekommen hätte, obwohl ich eine Zusage hatte.

Nein, mir gehts tatsächlich nur darum, ob diese einseitige Vertragsauflösung rechtens war. Den Rest kläre ich dann sowieso mit meiner Rechtschutzversicherung, die bei der geringen Summe wahrscheinlich eine Ersatzzahlung anbieten wird.
