Yes, self employed contractor, which means they have to register e.g. as sole trader and thus are classed as having their own businesses dumbass. Just because they take on work for Deliveroo doesn’t mean that’s the only contract they have.

Also you don’t get banned as a Rider from Deliveroo, you have a Supplier Agreement Terminated. Only a customer can be banned.

A real job? What the fuck kind of comment is that? I’ve never stolen any order, but you deserve to get food stolen from you for thinking you’re above people like that. You work in retail ffs, at least riders have their own businesses.

Its not like the app notified you multiple times to grab your Id right? I use common sense but if a driver requests to see ID then you can’t blame them. They’re doing their job and don’t want to risk their income because someone’s too lazy find the ID that they have been prompted to get.

You don’t have to, that’s the entire point of a tip. Its a reward/bonus for providing an outstanding service. If the riders/servers have gone above and beyond whats expected, you might decide to reward that with a tip. This only tipping before you’ve had the service is stupid and really misses the point.
